125 g butter
1 cup (125 g) flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 cup (200 ml) milk
3-4 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 big can of peaches (circa. 800 g), cut in slices
Preheat oven to 175 C, place butter in baking dish, put it in the oven until the butter completely melts.
While waiting, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, milk, & shredded coconut.
When the melted butter is ready, take the baking dish out from the oven & pour the batter evenly, topped it with peaches.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until brown.
Tips: reduce the amount of sugar if you want to serve the cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Yum!
