My Love Affair with Peanut Sauce

While you are more than familiar with gado-gado (yeah, the vegetable salad + peanut sauce), my recent trip back home to Indonesia made me realize how much I love foods with peanut sauce! Funnily enough, I'm not a big fan of roasted peanuts and so-so with peanut butter. Both of these are my favorites beyond gado-gado:
