Leek and garlic peperoncino

Konnichiwa ;)
Greetings from Japan!
Cherry blossom is blooming now. It's so beautiful :)

It's the best season for "Leek" now here in Japan.

I cooked simple and tasty peperoncino with leek and garlic.

INGREDIENTS
-federini or spagetti
-1 leek (only the white part)
-1 clove of garlic
-2 tea spoon natural salt
-extra virgin olive oil

slice leek on cross about 5 mm.
slice garlic.
heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and fry until garlic is cooked.
add leak and fry it until it gets soft .

boil pasta during cooking leek.

stop boiling pasta about 1 min before the boiling time.
put pasta in the pan with cooked leak, add salt as much as you like and stir well.

put the pasta on a dish and put black pepper on it.

COMPLETED!!!
